Retainer Basis
MV Group Advisory offers clients a retainer basis engagement plan - fixed price plan when the deliverables and expectations are defined clearly ahead of the engagement.
Project Basis
This engagement plan is appropriate for project based engagements - short term or long term. The project milestone and pricing are clearly depicted and agreed upon up front. Progress is monitored and billed according to the progress, payments are based on the milestone achieved.
Outsourcing
Outsource routine tasks of crucial departments (Accounts, Tax, Payroll, Admin) that eats up the valuable time of your talent force. You can decide the number of headcount and the hours needed, and we bill you based on the hours contracted.
